WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Order Value + Quantity
For first-time wholesalers of the Values Deck, the minimum order value is $190 USD.
This represents the wholesale price of $19 USD for a minimum of ten units.
How To Order
● Please submit your order via our website.
● Select ten or more units of the Values Deck and add them to your cart.
● At checkout, use code “WHOLESALE22” for the discounted wholesale rate.
● We provide free shipping for first-time orders.
● Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order.
MSRP
Products or goods purchased from The Well Lived Woman shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $38 USD. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to The Well Lived Woman and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in USD. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 100% of the shipping costs for any orders over $475.
RETURN POLICY
The Well Lived Woman does not accept returns on wholesale orders. We stand by our commitment to providing quality products and in the event products have arrived damaged, we gladly offer replacements for these items (see Section 9 for details on Damages and Defects.
PAYMENTS
The Well Lived Woman exclusively accepts payments via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) through our website.
We do not accept cash or cheque as a form of payment.

We offer free shipping on orders over $475 via FedEx with code LOTSOFVALUES.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Parker at sales@welllivedwoman.com within 5 days of receiving any damaged or defective shipments. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
